After School Program in Buffalo Grove

A multilingual after-school program near Buffalo Grove schools: a safe place every school day where homework gets done and afternoons build real skills — mental math, languages, art and coding — instead of disappearing into a screen.

Starting from $99 a week

What your child gains

Real, lasting skills — not just a fun afternoon.

Homework, Handled

Homework gets done with a teacher nearby to actually help — evenings at home go back to being family time.

Afternoons That Build Skills

The same subjects we teach as classes — mental math, languages, art, coding — woven into every afternoon.

A Known, Safe Place

Small groups and the same multilingual teachers every day. Your child is known by name, and you know exactly where they are.

Three Languages Daily

English, Russian and Ukrainian every afternoon — steady, natural immersion no weekly lesson can match.

Structure Without Rigidity

A predictable rhythm — snack, homework, activity blocks, free play — that kids settle into fast.

Built Around School Days

Runs every school day, Monday to Friday, with one simple monthly payment. Absent one day? Tell us in the app so we know.

Three ways to join

Every option runs Monday–Friday; they differ in what's included.

How the afternoon goes

The same rhythm every day, so children know what's coming.

  1. 2:00–3:30 Snack, games, creative time, reading, talking to friends, and space to do nothing at all.
  2. 3:30–4:30 Homework, with a teacher right there to help — and to check it's actually finished.
  3. 4:30–5:30 The day's enrichment class: chess, mental math, English, Russian, logic and TRIZ, or art.
  4. 5:30–6:00 Free play, board games and building sets until you arrive.

The 4:30 class is what Learning Club adds — on the other options that hour is free play.

Who is it for?

Ages 5–7 Ages 8–10 Ages 11–12

Open to every school kid — no prior connection to our center needed. Groups are set by age.

How classes work

Simple, steady, and built around your child.

1

Small groups

Children learn in small groups of a similar age and level, so every child gets real attention every single week.

2

Weekly classes

Consistent weekly lessons build the habit and momentum that make new skills actually stick.

3

Practice & support

Short, friendly at-home practice plus regular teacher feedback keeps progress moving between classes.

4

Progress over time

We track each child's growth and adjust the pace — so they're always challenged, never overwhelmed.

Paying for it

Applying is free and nothing is charged for it. Here's everything that follows.

Your first payment
Two weeks up front, and the place is yours. The rest of that month goes on your invoice once those two weeks are up.
Every month after
One invoice on the 1st: the weekly rate for your option, counted over the days of that month your child can attend.
Days off
Days we're closed aren't charged. A day your child misses is — the place is held for them either way.
No refunds
After-school payments are not refunded — not for a missed day, not for the two weeks you paid to start, and not for the rest of a month you leave part-way through.

Frequently asked questions

We serve families from the schools listed on this page — all within a short drive of our center at 1390 Busch Pkwy. If your school isn't listed, contact us anyway: the list grows with demand.

The same rhythm every day, 2:00 to 6:00: snack and free time first, homework with a teacher from 3:30, the day's enrichment class at 4:30 for Learning Club, then games and building until you arrive. The full timetable is further up this page.

You apply here — no payment — and tell us the day you'd like pickup to start. We read every application and email you within a couple of days. If there's a place, you pay for your first two weeks to confirm it.

Each option has a weekly rate, billed monthly. A full week costs the weekly rate; a week split across two months is charged by the day, so you pay for it once rather than twice. Days we're closed aren't charged. Your first payment covers your first two weeks, so you're not committing to a whole month before you've tried it. The rest of that month stays on your invoice and is due once those two weeks are up; after that it's one invoice on the 1st.

Report it in the app or on the website — it takes ten seconds and tells our staff not to expect your child that day. The fee doesn't change: it holds your child's place. There's no refund or credit for a missed day.

English, Russian and Ukrainian, every day. Our teachers work in all three, so kids use whichever language is comfortable and absorb the others naturally.

Yes — from your account, any time. The new option and its rate start on the 1st of the next month; the month you're in stays as it is, with nothing refunded or adjusted.

Choose a last day in your account. You're billed to the end of that month as usual and nothing after it. There's no refund for the part of the month you don't use.
